## Who I am
Jesse Moraga is a founder and operator based in Fresno, in California's Central Valley. A
former surgical technologist (cardiac, high-risk obstetrics, vascular), he left medicine,
became a registered California process server, and built Central Valley Process Servers from
a single case to 1,000+ served personally — then built the software that runs it.
## What I'm building
- **Central Valley Process Servers (CVPS)** — a registered California process-serving company
(PS-124, Madera County), founded 2024, owner-operated, covering 140+ Central Valley cities.
- **An outcome-based automation practice (GaaS).** I designed and built the AI system that runs
700+ of CVPS's cases end-to-end — a 24/7 AI phone assistant that answers every call (customers
talk to it directly), SEO that ranks a business above its competitors, plus intake, routing,
document generation, court forms, client updates, invoicing, and case tracking. I'm now
bringing that same agent-driven, outcome-priced model to other small businesses. This is the SaaS → "generate-as-a-service" (GaaS) shift
Nvidia's Jensen Huang described at GTC 2026 — brought down to Main Street. CVPS is the
working proof of concept.
- **Investing.** I invest in real estate and early-stage companies, and I'm pursuing California
real estate licensure.
## How I work
Outcome-based, not per-seat: clients pay for the result, not for software licenses. It's
done-for-you — I build the system around each business and run it for them, so it scales
with their demand instead of capping it. It stays customized to how that business actually
works, and runs on hardware the client owns. Proof before claims.
